In teams of 2-5 athletes

Emom x 10: 15 m Prowler Push heavy!

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

AMRAP 20 Min.

In teams of 2, each athlete completes 1 full round then switch:

Run 200m

21 KB Swings 24/16kg

12 Pull Ups

Score: Rounds

Scale as needed
200m Run= 1 round around the Building.

If you start the last round inside the 20 min. Timeframe you may finish it!
