100 Hang Power Cleans 60/40//40/25kg

Each athlete completes 1 full round of Cindy (5 Pull UPS, 10 Push Ups, 15 Airsquats. ) until 10 Rounds are completed. Break up the weightlifts anyhow. Only 1 athlete working at a time.
