If you haven´t already, please sign up for your Heat.
Heat times are starting times. (Make sure to arrive early prior heat time to warm up properly.)
At your starting time please meet your Coach and he will assign working stations and movement standards quickly.
At 7 pm we would love to invite you to our „CrossFit Salzburg Christmas Community Get-Together“.
