Warm up then 3 attempts to establish a benchmark score for max. unbroken double unders.
Beginner: 10+
Fitness: 25+
Competition: 50+
Elite: 100+
(10 min. session).
If you can´t do a double under establish a max. unbroken Single Under attempt and practise double unders with the remaining time.
WOD
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 2:
10 1-arm KB Snatch 32/24//24/16kg
30 Double Unders //15Dubs or 45 Singles
each athlete completes a full round before they switch.
Snatches must be evenly proportioned.
5 left and 5 right anyway you want to.
