May use Racks. Work in teams.

Time Cap: 15 min.
TTB+C2B need to be unbroken like a complex.
No Bands in this session!
Scaling Option TTB+C2B:
Do 1 Hanging Knee Raise then turn around (so you look in the opposite direction) while you keep hanging on the bar and do another hanging knee raise.(That is 1 Rep ; )
Cannot Drop weights, weights need to be taken from the ground.
