Heavy & Excellent.

Use Racks.

WOD

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM x 15

Min. 1: 5 OHS @ 65-75% of todays heavy 2 Reps.

Min. 2: 10 C2B/Pull Ups

Min. 3: 15 Med Ball Situps 20/14lbs.
Scale movements as needed.

May use a rack for OHS.

Optional: 15 GHD Situps.
