In teams of 2,

AMRAP 24 Minutes of:

12 Deadlifts 102/70//70/45kg

9 strict HSPU

12 Kettlebell Swings 32/24//24/16kg

9 strict Pull Ups

I GO , YOU GO.. each Partner completes 1 full Round then switch.

Min. work requirement are 5 rounds each.
Scale weights needed.

Scale Gymnastics:

1. reduce the number 2. scale the movement as needed so that you are able to complete 1 full round inside 2 minutes!

strict HSPU-> Kipping HSPU->Elavated Kipping HSPU->Pike PushUps with Butt against the wall.

strict Pull Ups->Kipping Pull Ups-> banded Pull Ups.
