CONDITIONING

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

“Tabata This”

8 Intervals of 20 sec on, 10 sec. off at each station:

– Double Unders //Single Unders

Rest 1 Min.

– Burpees to Target 6″

Rest 1 Min.

– Wall Balls 20/14//14/8lbs.

Rest 1 Min.

– Cal. Assault bike
Description.

At each station perform 8 intervals of 20 se. on 10 sec. Rest.

There is a 1 minute break betwwen stations.

Scoring:

Round 1 = Sation 1: Total Double Unders.

Round 2 = Station 2: Total Burpees.

Round 3 = Station 3: Total Wall Balls.

Round 4 = Station 4: Total Cal Bike.

COOL DOWN

Cool Down with remaining time.
