CONDITIONING

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

“Tabata This”

8 Intervals of 20 sec on, 10 sec. off at each station:

– Double Unders //Single Unders

Rest 1 Min.

– Burpees to Target 6″

Rest 1 Min.

– Wall Balls 20/14//14/8lbs.

Rest 1 Min.

– Cal. Assault bike

This is a low score tabata.

Your lowest score at each station counts.

e.g.: 8,8,8,7,7,6,6,5 Cal Bike

Score: 5 Cal.
Description.

At each station perform 8 intervals of 20 se. on 10 sec. Rest.

There is a 1 minute break between stations.

Scoring:

Round 1 = Sation 1: Lowest Double Unders.

Round 2 = Station 2: Lowest Burpees.

Round 3 = Station 3: Lowest Wall Balls.

Round 4 = Station 4: lowest Cal Bike.

COOL DOWN

Cool Down with remaining time.
