Every 8 Min x 4 perform the following for time:

20 Russian 🇷🇺 KB Swings 32/24//24/16kg
10 Burpees Over Wall 120cm
Each round has a 5 Min. Time Cap.
If class is crowded make up 2 heats whereas heat 2 Starts 4 Min after heat 1.
Scoring: Time of each round. (subtract your time from 8 minutes)
