10 Clusters 50/35//35/17kg

Max bar Muscle ups // C2B Pull Ups or Pull Ups.(No Jumping BMU)

Rest 3 minutes

Rx+:choose a high demanding weight 60-70kg/40-47,5kg but still be able to lock in BMUs.

BMU capped @12/round.

Score: BMU or C2B (Pull Ups)

No Jumping BMU in this Wod.

Choose either BMU or C2B. If you have BMU take them even if you only lock in 1 per minute.

If you can´t do a C2b go for Pull Ups. Even if you get singles. Encourage yourself to not use a band.
