Min. 2: Unilateral Thrusters* one DB 22,5/15//15/10kg

Min. 3: Rope Climbs

Min. 4: Med Ball Slams ahap. (30,20kg or 30,20,14lbs.)

Min. 5: Rest

Athletes rotate stations on the minute.

*Switch arms as often as you like.
Make up heats of 3 athletes and send them in on the minute starting at TGU.
