1: Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats
Scaling: 4/8/12, 3/6/9 or even 2/4/8;

Jumping Pullups and Knee Push Ups optional.

Pick a manageable number.

Ninjas go strict or upgrade to 6/12/18 ; )
