30 Rounds of:

10 DB CLEANS 22,5/15kg

10 m Handstandwalk

1 Ropeclimb

Rx+: 30/20kg, add obstacle optional, legless optional.

Each athlete completes 1 full round then switch.

Time Cap: 30 min.

Scale Handstandwalk to 6 or 3 meters or Wheelbarrow.

1: Snatch Complex JCW

1 Snatch Pull

1 Hang Power Snatch

1 Squat Snatch
EMOM10 starting @30% and adding 5% each round

E2MOM x 5 for weight

Weightlifting

Start 7:30am

2: Hang Snatch (8 x 4)

From the blocks/plates

Every 2 min.

3: Snatch Pull (5 x 3)

Every 90 sec.
