1: Snatch Balance Complex

EMOM10 (start @30% and add 5% every minute)
Add an OHS up to 60%
Then:
E2MOM for 5 sets
2: Hang Snatch Complex (10 x 1)
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Low-Hang Squat Snatch
Every 2 min.
3: Snatch Pull (5 x 3)
Every 90 sec.
Dead stop at starting position
