A:

5 D-Ball Over Shoulder ahap.

B:

21/17//17/12 Cal Row.

12 Kettlebell Swings 32/24//24/16kg

Score is the slowest round of A & B!
Scoring:

Round 1: Slowest round of A

Round 2: Slowest round of B

Perform WOD with a Partner.

1 Partner starts at A the other at B, then switch.
