40 Burpee Box Jumps Over (Partner Holds Handstand)
40 Toes To Bar (Partner Holds Plank Position)
40 Goblet Squats (Partner Sits In Bottom Of A Squat)
Score: Rounds and Reps.
Partition Reps anyhow.
e.g.: Partner A does 10 Burpees over his Partner while he/she holds the Push Up Position then they switch. Partner B does 10 Burpees over Partner A while he holds the Push Up Position…
Work through all tasks for 30 minutes for as many reps as possible.
