1: Front Squat (1-1-1-1-1-1)

Warm Up to starting weight:

5-4-3-2-1 (30-40-50-60-70-75%) on the 90´s

Warm up sets are taken from the floor.

then on the 90´s.

Set 1 @ 75%

Set 2@ 80%

Set 3@85%

Set 4,5,6 @90%

May use a rack for these sets!

Work in teams of 2 or 3 athletes.

Beginners start with a light weight and build up to heavy triple adding 5% on each set.
