Warm-up (No Measure)

1: Metcon (Time)
3 rounds for time of:
5//3 rounds of Cindy*
*1 round of Cindy is 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats.
Time Cap: 30 min.
Go Rx if you can hold a 1minute Cindy pace and row a sub 4:30 1k.
If needed scale to: 3 Rounds of Cindy and moderate movements as needed.
Go for the 1k row in all 3 rounds.
Pull Ups are strict and only strict. Use a band if needed or jump with a slow descend.
