Start @30% of 1RM Clean

Incorporate a Jerk at the end as long as possible

Not necessarily a max Complex

20 min. Session

Squat Clean

10 min. to build up to a 1RM Clean

Then 10 x 1 on the minute @85-90%

20 min. Session
