Tabata This:
– Handstand walk // Handstand Hold
– single leg squats alternating // Air Squats
– 1 arm DB Push Press 22,5/15//15/10kg or Kbs (alternate, arms after each interval.)
– jumping lunges alt. // lunge steps. alt.
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Rest 1 min. in between stations.
