1 minute max. effort row*

*every time you get off the rower 15/10 Ring Push Ups
Description:

Each athlete completes 1 min. all out on the rower. every time he gets off the rower he/she completes 15/10 Ring Push ups.

(Each athlete does 10 rounds.
