1: Warm-up (No Measure)
20 min. Trainer´s choice.
Include Core Strength cycle of:
4 Rounds:
10 Med Ball Tuck Ups +
10 Ball Slams +
10 Med Ball Hollow rocks
WOD
2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2,
10 Rounds (each athlete) of:
12/9 cal. bike
9 barbell facing Burpees
12 Wallballs 20/14lbs.
Time Cap: 30 min.
I go, you go. (each athlete completes a full round then switch)
This is a high intense sprint for 10 rounds (each athlete.)
Scale reps if needed that let‘s you storm through this rounds unbroken and super fast!
