In teams of 2 or 3 athletes,
AMRAP 30 min. of:
400m Framer´s carry 32/24kg KB or DB
300 Double Unders //150 Dubs or 450 Singles
200 WallBalls 20/14lbs.
100 Cal Bike
50 Burpee Toes To Bar
After completing round 1 you start round 2 with the Double Unders. The Farmer´s Carry is a buy in for round 1, only.
Do not drop the Kbs or DBs outside. Place them gently when switching, please.
