• Row 5k

• 💯 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Airsquats;

Time Cap: 30 min.
Description:

Partner A starts working on the 5k Row while Partner B starts working on the gymnastics.

Every minute on the minute partners switch. Partner B continues working on the 5k Row and Partner A continues working on the gymnastics. This continues for as long as it takes to complete the work. If the 5k is finished both athletes will be working on the gymnastics part. Still only one athlete working at a time.
