Walk through movement progressions of Double Unders & Thrusters. Then work up to a heavyish thruster triple.

10 rounds for time of:

9 thrusters 95# / 65#

35 double-unders

*40 minute time cap
*Time Cap.: 25 min.

Scale weights and number of Dubs as needed !
