For time:
30 / 25 cal. bike
20 burpee box jump-overs
10 D-Ball over shoulder 70/50kg
Men use a 30-in. box and a 150-lb. bag
Women use a 24-in. box and a 100-lb. bag
Time cap: 8 minutes
MAKE UP HEATS AS NEEDED. 2X 70KG D-BALL, 2X 60KG, 2X 50KG, 1X40KG, 1X30KG, 1X20KG, 1X15KG.
