-Get sweaty and flexible for the wod.
-work up to heavy Power Snatch triples.
-practise partner bar facing burpees
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2,
AMRAP 20 min. of:
10 Power Snatches*
10 unisono partner bar facing burpees
Run 155 meters together.
Partners alternate through snatches.
Rx:*start the first round at 40/30//30/17kg
On each round add 5kg/2,5kg //2,5kg.
Stay safe! If you feel like form is lacking do not add weights on following Rounds anymore.
Scale as needed e.g.: choose a challenging weight and work it across over all Rounds.
