Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Use KB for SDLHP. 32/24kb
Cool down with remaining Time. Stretch out!
