Min. 2: 12 C2B
Min. 3: 12 high Box Jumps 30/24“
Scale weight and height as needed.
Shoot for C2B. Use bands if needed!
Use a balanced rep. scheme for each station. E.g.: 10/10/10 or 8/8/8.
