Warm-up (No Measure)
25 min. To warm up and prepare for the required gymnastic skills.
Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
-Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups (No Bands)
-Burpees to target (to bar out of reach)
Rest 1 min. Between each station.
This workout will put your core to the limit. Fatigue coming after you from a whole bunch of different angles finishing out with those full range burpees. Core strength conditioning at its best. If you want to master those high skill gymnastics like Muscle Ups this is your foundation!
