In teams of 2 or 3 athletes:

100 Clean & Jerks 60/40//40/25kg
100 Front Squats 60/40/40/25kg
Time Cap: 30 min.
This is a high intense team wod. Choose a weight that let‘s you move fluently at least managing 5 unbroken reps. for several sets.
When you are done cool down by yourself on the rower and stretch out !!!
