10 min. To get ready for heavy Bench Presses, medium Deadlifts & medium Back Squats .

STRENGTH

1: Bench Press (15 min. To establish a 2 RM)

2: Metcon (Weight)

EMOM X 20

ODD: 10 Back Squats

EVEN: 10 Deadlifts

You choose the weight. Same weight on the bar for both lifts.

Recommended 50-70% of your 1 RM Backsquat.
Find a Partner for this Wod.

One Starts at BS the other at DL. Use racks for BackSquats.

Score: Total weight.

IF you donˋt know your 1RM choose a challenging weight.

Goal: manage to complete 10 Reps. On the minute on wach lift for 10 Rounds.
