15 Partner Burpees
then
– Partner A: Run 250m
– Partner B: 5 D-Ball Cleans / 10 D-Ball Squats / 1 Rope Climb
Rules:
– Switch every Round!
– Each Round has to start with 15 Partner Burpees!
– Partner Burpees: Partner A – Plank Hold + Partner B – Burpee over Partner A! Switch as needed, but one Partner has to do a minimum of 5 Burpees!
