1: Overhead Lunge Steps (4 Rounds of 10 alt. Steps across.)

20 min. Session.

Warm up to a challenging weight(10 min.), then perform 4 rounds every 2:30 min. (10 min.) across.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Amrap 15 min. of:

15 m Handstandwalk. (7,5m back and forth)

or 3 Wall Walks.

15 Burpees

30 alternating Single leg Squats.
