1 Clean + 2 Front Squats ahap. (80%1RM Clean)
Warm Up to a heavy clean + 2 Front Squats. (80% 1RM) (12 min)

then every 90 sec x6 1 Clean + 2 FS. (9 min.)

5 Rounds for time of:

15 Pistols alternating

12 Burpees over Bar lat.

9 Power Cleans 60/40//40/25kg

directly into

Push Ups

Time Cap: 18 min.
Scale Pistols to Air Squats if needed.
