CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Deadlift (3-3-3-3-3 climbing)

Work up to a heavy triple.

20 min. session.

Work in teams.

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Rounds,

every 4 min. complete the following for time:

12 Deads 100/70//70/45kg

9 Box Jumps 60/50cm

2 x 10m HS Walk or 6 Wall Walks

3 min. time cap for each round

Rx+: 125/82,5kg, 30/24″Box.
Deadlifts: Both hands on the bar, up and down. Cannot Drop the bar!
