1: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 3-4 athletes,

9 min. max effort of:

D-Ball over shoulder
Choose a challenging ball 20-70kg

2: Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM x15:

Min.1: 10 strict TTB

Min.2: 6 KB Burpee over Box Steps 24/16kg*

Min.3: 40 sec. D-Ball Bear Hug ahap.

Min.1: Strict TTB to Kipping TTB or HKR.

Min.2:*Dumbbells Optional.

Min.3: Bear Hug sandbag or 20kg Plate if needed.

There is no measure for this session, still give it your best. Champions are made when no one is watching.
