1: Bench Press (6 x 2 ahap.)

Quickly warm up to a heavy Double. like 10-8-6-4-2 (10 min.)

Then 6 x 2 as heavy as possible. every 2 min.

Work in teams of about same strength.

2: Metcon (Time)

For time:

21-15-9

alt. 1 -arm Snatch 32/24//24/16kg*

HSPU

Run 400m after each round.

Time Cap: 15 min.
Scale HSPU to most difficult progression. Feet on Box down to regular Push Ups as needed.

Dummbbells optional for Snatches.
