If you can’t do a L-Pull Up scale to strict Pull up.

Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats
Scale to a number you can hold on to over 30 min. If you don’t make a round rest 1 min. then keep on going.
