10 D-Ball Shoulders 70/50kg
Scale D-Balls as needed.
Time Cap.: 10 min.
Start 1 Heat every 4 min.
D-Balls can be substituted by Sandbags, 30lbs. WallBalls or whatever you can throw over your shoulder. This Must be a Short and Dirty sprint. Share D-Balls As needed.
