Warm up to a Heavy Squat Snatch Double.
Then 5×5 across t’n’g @ 70-75%.
Rest exactly 2 min. In between rounds.
If you don’t know your 1RM choose a challenging weight. No misses.

2: Metcon (4 Rounds for time)
Every 5 min. X 4
Run 400m
