CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Squat Snatch (5 x 5 Touch and Go @ 70-75%)

Warm up to a Heavy Squat Snatch Double.

Then 5×5 across t’n’g @ 70-75%.

Rest exactly 2 min. In between rounds.

If you don’t know your 1RM choose a challenging weight. No misses.

20 min. Session.

2: Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 5 min. X 4

Run 400m

20 STOH 50/35//35/25kg

Scale weights as needed.
Each round is capped at 4 min.
