40 sec. Farmer’s Hold 32/24KB in each hand. (Choose a challenging weight)

20 sec. Rest

40 sec. Handstand Hold (yes, freestanding is just fine?)

20 sec. Rest

2: Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

20 EMOM

Min. 1: 5-10 strict Pull Ups

Min. 2: 10-15 Push Ups

Min. 3: 15 KB Swings 32/24//24/16kg

Min. 4: 200m Sprint
