Men use an 80-lb. dumbbell and 30-lb. ball.
Women use a 55-lb. dumbbell and 20-lb. ball.
Time Cap: 25 min.
Scale as needed.
This WOD has been modified to fit class structure.
Scaling Options:
100 DUBS: 35 DUBS or 150 Singles
other than that scale weight of KB/ DB as needed.
