1: Metcon (No Measure)

With your partner:

5 Rounds every 2 min. one partner completes the following:

– 250/200m Row

– 15m Handstand walk or 2-4 Wall Walks.

0-2 min. Partner a does 1 Round.

2-4 min. Partner b does 1 Round (Partner a rests)

4-6min. Partner a does 1 Round (Partner b rests)



until each partner completed 5 rounds.

This session is quality not time.

If you cannot do a full wall walk, walk as close to the wall as possible or bear crawl 15 m.

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM x 10

Even: 15-25 WallBalls 20/14lbs.

Odd: 10-15 Hang Power Cleans 50/35//35/25kg

Score: Total Reps.
