2: Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2,

10 Rounds of:

10 Clean & Jerks 61/42,5//42,5/25kg

10 Back Squats 61/42,5//42,5/25kg

50 Double Unders //25 Dubs/75 Singles

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Scale as needed

No drops, a drop is a no rep and penalized immediately with 10 Brpees for both team members.

A does 10 CJ then B does 10 BS, next A does 50 Dubs (this is round 1) Now B starts with 10 CJ, A: 10 BS … until 10 rounds completed.

Scaling: Pick a challenging weight and/or a challenging number of Dubs which lets you move fluently through this WOD and finish inside the time cap !
