100 dumbbell snatches 22,5kg/15kg
60 burpees
40 muscle-ups
Time Cap: 20 min.
There is a 6 min. time cap for the 80 cal Row.
If you haven´t finished the row before that 6 min. mark get of the rower and keep going with DB Snatches.
If class is crowded make up 2 heats.
(Row and snatch are switched in order to fit class structure.)
