1: Deadlift (10-8-6-4-2)

10-8-6-4-2 climbing to a heavy double.

Rest as needed between sets.

15 min. session, running clock.

2: Metcon (Time)

GAMES ACQUALIFIER 2017 WORKOUT 3

2 rounds for time:

10 deadlifts, 140/100kg

20 deficit handstand push-ups, 2 x 15kg/1 x 15kg Plate.

30 front squats, 42,5/30kg

Time Cap: 15 min.

Scale weights if needed.
Deadlifts cannot be dropped. Both hands on the bar on the way down!

Optional: 2x20kg/ 2x15kg Dumbbells Front Racked Squats if class is packed!

2: Metcon (Time)

SCALED GAMES ACQUALIFIER 2017 WORKOUT 3

2 rounds for time of:

10 deadlifts 100/70kg

30 Hand Release Push Ups

30 Goblet Squats KB 32/24kg

Time Cap: 15 min.
