CrossFit Salzburg – Kurs

1: Push Press (4 x 10 @ 60-65%)

Work in teams!

Quickly warm Up to a heavy triple then

4 x 10 @ 60-65% across

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

15 min. session

2: Bent Over Row (5 x 10 across)

5 x 10 Bent Over Barbell Row across.

heavy and excellent.

Rest 90 sec. between sets.

15 min. session.

3: Metcon (Time)

For Time:

50 Wall Balls 20/14lbs

50 SDLHP KB 32/24//24/16kg

50 TTB or ABMAT Situps.

Time Cap: 12 min.
Storm through this for time or Collect as many reps. as possible.

If class is crowded make up 2 heats while athlete 2 starts right after athlete 1 completed the WallBalls.

Time Cap for Wall Balls 5 min.

If you do not finish 50 Wall Balls go to SDLHP after 5 min.!

In this case set timer to 17 min.
