50 synchronized Barfacing Burpees

Time Cap: 25 min.
Choose a weight you can move 10 times unbroken fluently!

2 Rounds of:

100 Thrusters 42,5/30//30/17kg

50 synchronized Burpees

Time Cap:25 min.
1 Athlete rests while the other2 athletes do the synchronized burpees. Rotate as needed so each athlete can rest on those.
